What you agree to

By creating a Warmup workspace you agree to use the platform only for warming mailboxes you own or have explicit authorisation to operate. Sending unsolicited commercial mail, attempting to evade deliverability filters, or running content that violates the policies of upstream mail providers (Gmail, Microsoft, etc.) is grounds for immediate workspace suspension.

What we provide

• Automated warmup conversations between your mailboxes and a curated peer pool.
• Per-mailbox deliverability dashboards (placement, reputation, DNS auth, DNSBL).
• Audit logging of every workspace mutation for the duration of your subscription.

What we don't guarantee

Email deliverability is influenced by hundreds of signals outside the warmup loop — domain age, sender history, content quality, recipient engagement. We optimise the signals we can, but we do not guarantee inbox placement at any specific provider.

Suspension & termination

Workspaces with abusive sending patterns, repeated bounce-rate spikes, or unpaid invoices may be suspended. Workspaces can be cancelled by their owner at any time from the Danger zone in Workspace settings; a 30-day grace window precedes permanent deletion.

Liability

The platform is provided as-is. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
